Mundus Invest is a real estate developer based in The Hague, focused on delivering future-proof homes. Its core business is sustainable residential development with measurable results: clear build quality, strong energy ratings, and a well-considered mix of living comfort and long-term value.

The collaboration began with the development of the Mundus brand vision, now expressed as: 'A good home makes you happy.' It soon became clear that Mundus Invest also needed a better structured and more transparent customer journey, specifically aimed at informing investors and co-investors effectively. The key question was how the portfolio, the offering, and the brand value could be presented in a clear and convincing way.

This was approached by first defining strategic principles, like sharpening the communication objectives and gaining a clear understanding of the target audience. From there, the most important touchpoints were identified and translated into concrete deliverables.

A clear, visually strong presentation of Mundus Invest’s (financial) portfolio was developed, featuring transparent tables, charts, and icon sets, designed within the existing brand identity. In addition, a user-friendly one-pager was created with the user flow (UX) at its core. It combines a fitting visual web design with a strong visual concept, developed in collaboration with photographer Jordi Huisman. The technical realisation of the site was supported in collaboration with Jan van Hellemond.

The result is a consistent and professional presentation of Mundus Invest: from financial figures and example homes to information on energy ratings. Fully aligned with the brand vision. The one-pager is intuitive to use and tailored to investors’ information needs. As a result, every touchpoint helps build trust in Mundus Invest as a developer-investor and strengthens the persuasiveness of its mission: 'A good home makes you happy.'
