Make big thinking into concrete plans

OLCO advises and supervises the construction of swimming and sports facilities that will make everyone happy. They also realize multifunctional user centered school buildings. Or sustainable town halls and libraries. OLCO challenges each client to think outside their comfort zone and see their wishes and questions from a different perspective. Namely with a green heart and user centered.

In a number of strategic sessions with the entire OLCO team, we defined the characteristics of the organization and gained valuable input from all employees. We tested the results with different clients. “Is it true when we put it like this?” “How important is ‘thinking big’ for the customer?” Etc. That is how we jointly created the new statement “Groots denken concreet maken”. (Translated to English: Make big thinking into concrete plans). This statement has been given extra power in a manifesto.

For OLCO sustainability has been the standard for years. The color green therefore plays a major role in their identity. The translation of the flat surface (the plans) into a three-dimensional form (the execution) is also a part of the identity. In photography and text we see and read about the visitors of OLCO-buildings. Together with the design and content of the website, the identity is complete. From color, formal language, photography, and word of mouth.
